If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund. Please make sure your return meets the following criteria:
• Return your items within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
• Include a copy of your packing slip and/or order number and reason for return.

If in the unfortunate circumstance your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us and send us a photo of the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement.
Sales Tax Information
A 7% sales tax is charged only on orders sent within Puerto Rico.

- Checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank
In order to mail us your payment, you must place your order online and select "Check/Money Order" as the payment option.
After submitting your order, you can send payment to the address below. We must receive your check within 15 days, or your order will be canceled.
